Reporting a bug?

Three things help the most:

• what happened and what you expected (a screenshot is welcome),
• the app version (the Info screen inside the app),
• your system: Windows, Linux or macOS.

Your files stay with you — you don't need to send anything for a diagnosis. If a log turns out to be needed, I'll tell you exactly where to find it.

Other matters

• Refunds — the rules are in the refund policy; an email from the address you bought with is enough.
• Lost license key — write from the address you bought with and I'll resend it.
• Feature ideas — go ahead. The best ones end up on the roadmap.
